Welcome to the Whey Protein Report. Until just a few months ago I did not know a single thing about protein. Since then I am not a master yet, but I am doing a lot of research on protein, especially Whey Protein. For years I have slowly build up weight and at the same reduced my workout to typing at the computer (just kidding, but you get the idea). I am now (height 5' 10") at 167 lbs. and do workout 6 days a week for at least 45 minutes. I have replaced a lot of fat with muscle and I am also losing additional body fat. My goal is to reach 155 lbs by the end of summer and then to maintain that weight.

Anyway - this website is a compilation of knowledge about Whey Protein and will grow over time. Please come back often and do recommend us to friends and family.
